Be careful. The staff here does NOT follow policy and procedures. No phone call or info after they administered First Aid to my son. Not even an incident report of the incident. Supposedly another child literally assaulted my son by throwing a domino at his face and striking him just above the eye leaving a small cut.

I would give no stars If I was able too. My son has his birthday party there this past weekend. No one called me like they were supposed to inform me of party details, so I ended up having to call them. I was told the parents would be able to be in the party room while the kids played, we werenβt allowed too. We stood in the entrance way and watched the kids play It was the worst party my child has ever had and was so disorganized. I will never be back here.

Great price and size. The staff are super interactive. When we were there there was a guess how many candy are in the container game going on. My son got to guess a handful of times. It was fun that it wasn't just over and done. Then they showed us a shamrock scavenger hunt. Mommy, daddy, and 5yo had fun looking around for the hidden stickers! Lots of fun! The three of us playing consequently spent about $25 for 45 minutes, not including the 15-20 minutes on the scavenger hunt.

Cute area with a lot of different games to play. I especially loved that there was a zombie game that my son and I could play together and we received ticket credits for it. A few of the games were showing operational but did not work when you tried to play them which left you out of the 100+ credits that you put in to play. The prizes were decent. Overall a cute place but not very big.

Spent hours here today, and experienced multiple occasions of unprofessional and rude behavior from the arcade staff. I was playing a bowling game against my girlfriend side by side, and my ball got stuck at the end of my lane. Because the bowling frames were timed and I was able to lose my turn, I took a ball from her lane and rolled it on my lane to retrieve my ball. A staff member named Kyle T came up to us and told us that we should not cheat, and there should only be one ball per lane. I told him that I was simply trying to get my ball back so I can continue to play. However, he refused to accept my explanation, and talked over me to accuse me of cheating. He added with exact words, "This is not New York, we don't cheat over here." This was really offensive and rude for him to say, because I am from New York; and he most likely knew that because I refilled my arcade card with an i.d card. He mumbled something else as he walked off, but I did not hear what he said. First off, I am a 21+ year old grown man who plays at casino tables. I have no interest in cheating at an arcade game. Second, the game he accused me of cheating at was a virtual bowling game, which means that the bo
